Refund Policy
🛍️ Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customized, handmade, or worn accessories are not eligible for return.
You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Products that have been visibly used or altered
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
🧾 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time to officially post
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary

🔁 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at labubuworlds@outlook.com.
📦 Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at labubuworlds@outlook.com and we will help create a shipping label for you.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
- Upon request, we can provide a low-cost return label, which may be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you can vary.
