Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customized, handmade, or worn accessories are not eligible for return.

You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7โ€“10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at service@labubuworlds.com.

To initiate a return, please email us at service@labubuworlds.com and we will help create a shipping label for you.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Upon request, we can provide a low-cost return label, which may be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you can vary.
